A Tiger Walks

The Wonderful World Of Disney: A Tiger Walks DVD is a great tale of adventure, drama and the courage it takes to stand up for what is right. It has been inspired by the Ian Niall novel which goes by the same name: A Tiger Walks. It stars a lot of famous performers such as Brian Keith, Kevin Cochran and Vera Miles. This story celebrates the victory of a child’s pure intentions over the crooked intentions of seemingly responsible adults – the Army, the police as well as a governor approaching re-election. The movie delves into the ill-treatment of animals and the conflict that takes place when humans come across ferocious creatures.



The action of the A Tiger Walks tale takes place in a sleepy town named Scotia. The town is excited when news of a wild animal show arrives. Little did they know, the excitement was about to turn into mortal fear. As the truck carrying tigers was passing through Scotia, it has a flat tire. The cruel tiger trainer Sabu starts to show off in front of the villagers. He keeps torturing a tiger, driving it angrier by the minute. Finally something happens that no one had anticipated. The tiger escapes into the town. The villagers run to save themselves from the fury of the tiger. The town Sheriff Pete Williams tries to track the animal down but to no avail. Since its clearly the tiger trainer’s fault, Sabu is sent out to capture the tiger.



The tiger, in the meanwhile, is hiding in the nearby woods. It is ready for its revenge when the heartless trainer finds him. The tiger overpowers the trainer and kills him. The villagers hear of the killing and are more terrified of an attack by the tiger. They want it killed. The Sheriff agrees to the villager’s wishes and a hunt is started with assistance from the national guards. But the Sheriff’s daughter wants to save the tiger. She understands that the beast is not at fault. She tries her best to convince her father, but to no avail. Finally, she seeks help of the media and creates a national issue by voicing her concerns. Children all over the country unite to "Save the Tiger".
